What time do I have to leave the room (check-out)?
The time to check-out and leave the room is until 11a.m.
Can I leave the room later?
It is possible to check-out later under a surcharge depending on the departure time.
Do you accept pets in your hotel?
We are sorry, but we do not accommodate any type of pet in our hotel.
Can I connect to Wi-Fi?
Yes, it is available for free throughout the hotel.
Is parking available?
Yes, we have parking 50m from the hotel with a supplement of €22/day, €10 deposit, subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel.
What are the rates for children?
Babies from 0 to 5 years old and children from 6 to 11 years old will be considered. Children from 12 years old will be considered as adults.
Are cots available?
Yes, we have cribs available for free. Request it when you make the reservation. It works under availability.
Can I store my ski?
In winter, if you come to Andorra with the intention of skiing, we have locked lockers to store your snowboard or ski by paying a deposit that will be returned at the end.
What are the restaurant hours?
Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
